- Reporting Claims: All discrepancies must be reported
within 48 hours of recieving delivery. No exceptions to this policy.
- Customer Satisfaction Issues: Kimsgiftbaskets will use it's best efforts to resolve customer satisfaction issues in timely manner. We will replace or credit the value of any part to be damage or defective which can be verified by the carrier. Kimsgiftbaskets warrents the gift arrangements we ship to have the look and value represented in our literature. Credits will not be issued where subjective matters of taste style or value are involved.
- Confirmation: Once your order is place on the website, you will see a thank you page which will have your confirmation number. This is your confirmation that your order has been successfully placed and you will recieve a E-Mail shortly after.
- Substitutions:
Kimsgiftbaskets reserves the right to substitute items of equal or greater value depending upon availabitlity and season. Substitutions for chocolates items are made from May through October.
