- All Shipping charges applied to each order are in real time shipping costs automatically calculated by the shipping carrier.
- Orders of 150 lbs and over will have to be shipped in mutiple shipments and will need to call for shipping costs.
- Kims Gift Baskets will make every effort to ship each and
every order within the shipping deadlines and to complete
customer satisfaction. However, if, orders can not be
fulfilled, Kims Gift Baskets will notify within 24 hours of
reciept.
- All candles and candle favors will ship on Mondays and Tuesdays only during the months of May - Sept. All customers ordering candles must select 2nd day air during those months to avoid product damage due to heat. If customer elects to ship with an an alternative ship method other than 1 day or 2nd day air, Kims Gifts is not responsible for any damage that may occur.
- All gift baskets containing chocolate must be shipped next day air during the months of June - Sept to avoid any damage from the heat. Customers must select next day air during checkout. Kims Gifts is not responsible for damage if any other shipping method is choose.
- Kims Gift Baskets will ship all gift basket orders the next business day. All Picnic Time baskets will be shipped with in 48 hours.

Most Fruit Baskets are available for same day shipment Monday through Friday if ordered before 12 pm EST.
Fruit baskets containing alcoholic beverages requires an adult 21 years of age or older signature. State issued ID required.
- All gifts containing any alcoholic beverages must have a recepient 21 years or older with a valid state I.D. present at time of delivery
- Kims Gift Baskets reserves the right to alter sameday shipping during all holiday seasons. Kimsgiftbaskets
will use it's best efforts to notify you of such changes should occur.
- Kims Gift Baskets does not offer Next Day, 2nd Day or Saturday shipping on any wedding or baby favors. Processing on these items take 2-3 business days then either of the shipping preferences can apply.
- All orders must be complete with the correct address, city, state and zip code.
- Kims Gift Baskets will not be responsible for a gift being mis-delivered late when a bad address is supplied. We will ship to the address supplied on the order. Kimsgiftbaskets will charge for any extra shipping charges billed to Kimsgiftbaskets by the shipping carrier.
- Claims or requests will not be honored on gift returns due to a bad address.
- Claims for late deliveries due to missing suite/ apt
numbers or incorrect information will not be honored.
- Kims Gift Baskets will charge for any returned shipping,
address correction, package forwarding, or call tag charges,
billed to kimsgiftbaskets by the shipping carrier.
- Returned favors, gifts or gift arrangements will not be reshipped and a
returned stocking fee of 25% will be charged.
- Orders returned due to errors on part of Kims Gift Baskets will recieve a full refund.
- Kims Gift Baskets uses the same guarentees offered by the
shipping carriers. Kims Gift Baskets will not honor claims
for late deliveries that are not guarenteed by the carrier.
Overnight and two day air deliveries are not guarenteed to
remote delivery areas.
- Shipping Damage: Once shipping carrier leaves the docks, they become responsible for the freight. In case of loss or damage caused by the carrier, a report should be made to that carrier. Please inspect your shipments upon arrival. Note any shipping damage on the shipping papers before signing the receipt achknowledgement. Save all packaging materials and call or E-mail Kims Gift Baskets to arrange for creditor replacement or damaged products.
